In April 2025 I graduated from a full stack development program and started a structured job search. I had 18 years of experience across development, design, and wellness — and no good system to manage the process.

Applications lived in a spreadsheet. Focus statements got rewritten from scratch for every cover letter. I couldn't remember which resume I'd sent where. I was applying systematically but operating chaotically.

So I built Junction HQ. I still use it every day. The scanner pulls real remote roles. The tracker knows where everything stands. The playbook keeps me accountable to a process — not just a wishlist.
